    Billy’s is our favorite date night spot. The hostess took the time to accommodate the requested seating on my reservation, our server was polite and attentive, and the food and drinks were outstanding as usual!!

    First we waited +1 hour just to get ice cold bread , when we mentioned it , we were told it was basically nothing they can do since the bread was free. Then I opened my silverware and you could see the dishes was still dirty , once we mentioned that to the manager he tried to make excuses on how they were training and over booked. They had multiple people waiting for hours and multiple people left before getting served which made me leave before being served and after waiting 1-2 hours just for bread . To me it was Valentine’s Day and that was highly unacceptable, the only thing they tried to offer was free desserts which who wants that when my bread was still half frozen, may try to go back in a couple months but for now I will not be returning .

    I love coming here. It is one of my favorite special occasions restaurants. They have the best steak and mashed potatoes ever!!

    We normally have a satisfactory to wonderful time at Billy‘s all around however, last night we had 730 reservations and did not eat until 930. We were not even served our appetizers until almost 9 by then we were so tired. We just wanted to eat our entrées and go home. Unfortunately, my husband’s steak was overcooked and dry as well as my favorite dish. Their pork chops was also overcooked and dry. Our over $100 worth of food was fed to our dogs. our server was more than pleasant, but she was overwhelmed. She said they were understaffed for the amount of patrons that had showed up for Valentine’s Day. We have dined at Billy‘s in previous years for Valentine’s Day and a big crowd should’ve been expected and staffed for it. It did not ruin us for returning to Billy‘s but it will probably be a while.

    Billy's always has excellent food prepared to order. We waited over 35 mins for our salads to come out and had to ask for drink refills. We had requested some additional salad dressing and condiments, that were never brought out. We had reservation for 4 and were seated early, which was very nice. The table we were seated at had very minimal lighting and it was difficult to see or read the menus due to lack of lighting. We have dined at Billy's several times, and the food is always excellent. The service this time was mediocre. We understood it was Valentine's Day and may have been somewhat busier than normal; however, there were at least 3 tables empty the whole time we dined. I did not understand what took the salads so long to come out, and was not until we asked a second time following over 30 min wait, did the salads finally arrive.

    Food and wine were good. Nice portions. We did not feel rushed. Felt relaxed. Wonderful waitress.

    Our waitress was wonderful! Crab cakes are always a great choice. My husband said the prime rib had great flavor, but he found a lot of gristle within his slice. Lighting was a little dark, we were downstairs in the bar area, next time will request upstairs. We found it louder downstairs. Overall it was a nice dinner, we will be back.

    Great place to take clients - convenient location, quality food and service. Even though known for prime rib, I have always enjoyed the fish special. Service was good and wait staff were friendly and accommodating.
