Bistro 880 offers a Modern American Cuisine with hints of the Pacific Rim. Bistro 880 has been awarded the Diner's Choice Award 3 years in a row in 2022, 2023, and 2024. We feature signature cocktails to refresh your palate. Thursday is Half-Off Wine Night. Bring all your friends or a loved one and enjoy an evening out. All bottles of wine are half off of the menu price with the purchase of a dinner entree.
Breakfast is served Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 10:00am. On Saturday and Sunday, Breakfast is open from 6:30am to 11:00am.
Dinner is served from 4:00pm to 10:00pm Monday to Thursday.
On Friday & Saturday, Bistro 880 is open for dinner from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. Prime Rib dinner specials are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Nights. Dinner is served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Sunday.
Happy Hour is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
Live Music on Friday and Saturday from 9:00pm to 1:00am. No one under 21 years of age allowed in the lounge area or dance floor.

- Nice decor, ambience; def set the mood for a romantic / quiet setting dinner - Service was ok - The Cod w/ Zucchini noodles dishes was extremely sub par; the fish wasn't cooked (didn't realize we were going for sushi) - $30 for a Tequila shot? come on, it wasn't even DJ 1942 - If you're going to highlight that the Pappardelle pasta is finished with parmesan cheese, please have a parmesan cheese grater on hand, not bring packets of parmesan cheese, after having to ask for it......

The new menu has improved the food choices, and the service was the best in years of going. Too bad the band, Cisum, was terrible.

Marlene was our server and she was all over the place. They probably could have used one more server. We were part of a party of 10 with a reservation at 9pm to enjoy the live band and have drinks, but my husband and I arrived at 8pm to have dinner. They had a great Friday - Sunday deal for Caesar or house salad, prime rib, mashed potatoes, asparagus, cheesecake and a glass of wine for $32. It took a while for our order to be taken, and to get our salad and each course that we felt Marlene forgot about us, but again, we saw Marlene serving a lot of tables from one end of the restaurant to the other. When the rest of our party arrived at various times between 9:15pm - 10pm, they waited a little before heading to the bar to put in their drink orders since Marlene wasn’t around. Overall, we had an awesome time. RelativeKey played great music and the dance floor was always crowded. We’ve been to many buffets at The DoubleTree Hilton/Bistro 880. Sometimes the chef slices the prime rib too early and lets all the juices run out, thus the meat is dry. This time and yes, it came from the kitchen, the prime rib was moist and flavorful.

We were pleased that we got the high top chairs near the dance floor. The ahi tuna tacos were excellent. However, we were disappointed either the Caesar salads. But that might be our fault as we should have ordered the dressing on the side and skipped the anchovies. The amount of actual lettuce was very disappointing. I wish the server should leave a pitcher of ice water at the table so we don't have to keep asking for refills.

I always thank Susan, the manager, for getting me a nice table near the dance floor. My triple decker club sandwich was amazing. It is so large that I can only eat half and I take the rest home. My date enjoyed her pasta with grilled salmon and the ube cheesecake. Our server, Veronica, was amazing. I definitely will be back in a few weeks.

The band was doing a sound check between 730 pm and 9 pm. The noise level was so loud, we could not have conversations. I loved my triple decker club sandwich. My friend said her pot pie was terrible. The pot pie had no bottom crust, was too watery, and lacked flavor.
