Bistro 90 is the ONLY, HAND CUT, DRY AGED, ALL U.S.D.A. PRIME , STEAKHOUSE ON THE GRAND STRAND.
Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass as well as locally caught selections which are created with a different preparation nightly by Chef Jacob.
Standards of service and ingredients are of the highest available.

We arrived early and had the best Manhattans at the bar. The bartender was truly amazing making the beginning of our meal so much fun. Then we went to our table for dinner and I ordered the Sea Bass and my partner ordered the special steak which was cooked to perfection. The Sea Bass melted in your mouth! After dinner we went back to the bar to have an after dinner drink and we sat with some of the staff and chatted. Bistro 90 made our evening so much fun and Randy and I can’t wait to go back. Excellent as always, the best restaurant experience on the Myrtle Beach area. Food is amazing, service impeccable and the Management knows how to make the evening special. 5 stars !!
