    As always, the food was fantastic. But the service this time around was lackluster. From waiting almost 20 minutes past our reservation time and not being formally greeting by the host, to seeing literal dirt and food particles under the overly manicured nails of the wait staff, the service’s overall polish was, at best, lackluster.

    Bistro Barberet was lovely as always. The food is classic and comforting; the service is impeccable. Kayla is just an absolute gem of a human being - she’s professional and effortless with her service and smile. The bakery is world class and not to be missed.
