Located on the upper level of Boudin at the Wharf, Bistro Boudin offers an ideal place to enjoy a leisurely meal with views of the SF Bay. Warm and inviting with beautiful dark wood accents, Bistro Boudin features a full service bar, Oyster bar and spectacular views of the waterfront. The menu is influenced by the abundance of seasonally fresh foods available in the San Francisco Bay Area and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

Have been to bistro boudins twice since sept n both times terrible service. First time lady stress had attitude, didn’t check on us n didn’t want to make accommodations to our order. Last night was atrocious, no one came to our table got 15 mins, no water, no bread, no hello…nothing. It was usually 15-20 mins between seeing anyone to help us. Half way through oysters ran out of cocktail sauce n horseradish n had to wait 15 mins before seeing anyone to ask for more. Had yo get up at end n ask for our bill there were 3 tables left (including us, snd past closing. God awful service

My lunch companion and I were treated to a lunch at Bistro Boudin; We had such a wonderful time. Started with the Crab and Spinach Dip; she had the Petrale Sole, me the Dungeness Crab Louie (of course)! Real chunks of sweet crab and a elevated Thousand Island Dressing - sublime lemon butter sauce on her sole, which was perfectly cooked. The sourdough bread; amazing, the service kind and efficient; the ambiance? how do you beat the bay view, including "The Rock" Alcatraz on a clear day. Here's to 175 more years Boudin - and many return visits for me!

Even tough service and food were amazing we had a bad experience as we got a purse stolen in the restaurant and personal was not able to help

Great location, great views, but mediocre food. They perfected the art of non-offensive cooking not bad, but not really good. The best thing about the place is the sourdough bread which they’re famous for

One of the better spots at pier 39 with classic sourdough bread bowls, good crab and other seafood options, plus reasonable prices.

The food was delicious! Our waitress was great but had too many tables. We had to wait to order drinks, then food then wait for our bill.

Mostly stopped in because I really, really wanted some fried food. It was what you would expect in the tourist central of the west coast: loud, busy, and a bit overpriced. My waiter was not exactly attentive, and I had to ask waiters who passed by for more water. Would honestly only recommend if you had no where else to go, but decent.
