Bistro Don Giovanni offers a warm and inviting experience with all the personality of a Mediterranean hideaway. Chef Scott Warner's rustic fare incorporates local fruits, vegetables, meat and fowl into traditional, fresh Italian dishes with her signature, creative flair. Freshly baked breads, local olive oil, beautiful salads, tasty appetizers and homemade pastas are inspired by the bounty of Napa Valley. Main courses offer an array of regionally sourced and highest quality creations of chicken, steaks and seafood. The bar features hundreds of Napa Valley and Italian wines as well as a host of signature cocktails.

    Our goto for special occassions. This time was for my wife's birthday. Great service. The drinks were good. For appetizers we had the Friti Misto, the Carpaccio, and the meatballs. The first two our favorites. Dinners ordered were the steak, veal parm, petrale sole (a special), and a pizza. All realy good. My wife was very happy with her evening.

    We were seated right next to a fireplace that overheated the people seated closest to it and made it very unpleasant. They seated the 5 of us at a rather large round table generally meant for 8+ people. The seating was odd, hot, too spaced out, and made our special holiday meal feel not so special. I wish we would have refused the table.

    We were so excited to go here, so many people recommended it. Sadly, none of us liked the pasta bolognese or the pizza. The Espresso Martini was pretty poor as well. Overall, we can’t recommend it.

    Our service was terrible. Have been to this restaurant so many times over so many years. Maybe he was inattentive since he had a guaranteed 20 percent tip? Maybe they were short staffed. Not sure. Food was mostly good but both steaks excessively chewy. Drinks came out 2 then 4 about 15 later. Appetizers were taken in two separate orders because server asked 2/6 and then took off suddenly. Then came back. Dinner was a bizarre disjointed experience unfortunately since we had hoped for something special for this milestone 75 bday dinner.

    Consistently great! Would recommend. Particularly nice for lunch with beautiful outdoor dining. Great for celebrations too.

    We had a wonderful experience with friends for a holiday meal. It was pretty cold outside, so we requested a round table inside. They were able to accommodate us, which was the first plus. Our server was lively, entertaining and had great food recommendations. We started with the calamari and fried olives. The calamari had squid, shrimp, veggies snd fennel. It was lightly battered and crispy. We all enjoyed it. The olives and Marconi almonds were interesting. I liked them. You have to be a fan of green olives, though. Their focaccia style bread and country bread are served with olive oil. The olive oil alone was so fresh and delicious. Their focaccia bread is a must try. It’s made there.that day. They actually run out a lot, so go for lunch if you want to be sure you get a chance to taste it. For salads we had Caesar and beet salads. Both were fresh and good. Entrees we ordered include the spaghetti and clams, salmon, branzino and the chicken diavola. We all enjoyed our entrees. For dessert we had the Bostini trifle which was the dessert winner. We loved the experience and will definitely go back
