   I found everything excellent, but was shocked by the new prices. The price of ice tea for over 3.00 is ridicules. All others were reasonable.

   We like Black Angus because it's quiet as compared with most other restaurants. Not this time. We were seated near the restrooms and across the aisle from a large party of 10 or more, including younger children. VERY noisy. The booth was comfortable, but we could barely hear our dinner companions during normal conversation. It also seemed quite warm (temperature). Our server was Deanna. She was pleasant enough...checked in periodically. Did her best to take care of us, but she also was server for the large party, and so she struggled a bit to keep up. That said, our food was good (3 had steak, one had prime rib), was served hot and to order. Salads were fresh and crisp. Upon learning that this was sort of a farewell dinner, and after the boisterous party left, Deanna thoughtfully offered our guests a warm chocolate chip cookie to take home. We appreciated the gesture, and tipped accordingly, despite the disappointing noise level during the meal, which certainly was not her fault. We still like the restaurant and will return....hopefully, with a better seating location next time.

   Our meal was a 12oz ribeye and 6 shrimp. When server brought it out there was only 4 shrimp, she stated that a batch of shrimp was getting cooked and would bring them out when they were done. The first 4 shrimp was cool. Baked potato was smothered with 2 scoops of butter. Ordered well done steak and steak was pink. When server brought the other 2 shrimp out, something was wrong with it, I took a bite of it and had to spit it out.. server never offered to refresh my drink. When hostess stopped to ask how everything was, we asked for her to get server & told her about meal she got manager. Told him about the shrimp not good and maybe it was undercooked. He stated they just push a button & it cooks for about 2 minutes. He didn’t seem concerned. Took the shrimp away and server brought our check. We will not go back to this location.

   I can’t recall a more delicious steak, lobster, and shrimp meal. And….it was served with two side items and fresh bread. Absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and although there were five people in my party, there wasn’t a single complaint. High praise indeed!

   We had a great dinner tonight. As always the meat was cooked to our specifications. The appetizers were just the right amount for the three of us. Great attentive service from our server.

   Came for my daughters birthday. I honestly expected staff to be more friendly and out going, but everyone looked so unhappy. My daughter was met with a very monotone “Happy Birthday” the atmosphere was unwelcoming. I even paid the extra for the balloons and celebrations package it definitely wasn’t worth it. The waitress wasn’t attentive and it would take several minutes before she would come by again especially when we asked for the check. One meal that was ordered was basically 2 sad buns with 3 chicken fries a couple leafs of lettuce and 2 ends of a tomato they even forgot the sauce. With the price of everything i definitely thought I’d have a better experience let alone food that looked appetizing. Next time we will just go to Applebees.
