    We were very disappointed this Thanksgiving. This was our third Thanksgiving at Black Angus. The other two were excellent, but this one, unfortunately, was not. I had made reservations three weeks ago and had asked for a booth. We got a small table for 2 instead. It took over 10 minutes for our server to appear. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, and ordered the main course, but asked her to withhold order for 15 mins so we wouldn’t be rushed. They ran out of salmon which I ordered, but I didn’t know for at least 20 mins. Then I had to find something else to eat, and that took another 10 mins before the server returned. I had a bottle of Prosecco, and it came unopened. I had to ask them to take the wrapper off. More time went by. At the end of the meal, it took so long to get the check, we ended up skipping dessert. Not very happy at all. It was an expensive disappointment for sure.

    Dinner was amazing! The service was the best! This is a long standing restaurant but I feel like it is a hidden gem!

    Excellent experience for a holiday seating! Our hostess Lindsay was fantastic which put the topper on a pleasurable dinner.

    The service to get a table was fast we only waited 5 minutes even though there was 15 or more people waiting.

    Restaurant didn’t appear overly busy, but we had a very slow server and inattentive. She checked on us a few times and asked how we were, but it was always in between courses. Never checked on food satisfaction and we had to ask hostels to get our drinks refilled. Manager actually took our drink order and said our server was very busy. Did not see that or our server appropriately. Food was great though, bar personnel were great also.
