    They only had a limited menu for Thanksgiving and didn't think it would be a good idea to mention this on the website or on open table did not even think to advertise this completely ridiculous I've been coming here for years this is two bad experiences back to back I don't think I'll be returning and I would never recommend it to anybody going forward

    Don’t know if the service was wack because it was Thanksgiving but I’m not going back there again. I returned my plate because meat was cold and dry, not how a medium rare filet mignon should be. Only if on my son’s enjoyed his meal. Portions were so small. A kids meal had more fries than our plates. The wait time for drinks and food order were too long. Bathrooms need to be updated.

    Not Frances, but anyway had a great experience at Black Angus as I always do since I’ve been going there 50 years. For as busy as it was Thanksgiving day, they were well staffed, and had great service… Thank you

    It was a holiday and lots of people, but they got us to our table at the time of our reservation. The wait staff was friendly (and very busy!) and handled our order in a timely manner. The food was excellent. One in our party had the turkey dinner, but the rest of us leaned into their specialties. We had prime rib and steak, and it wasn’t hard to polish off. We had dessert and coffee and the bill was very reasonable for what we received.

    I have never had a bad meal at Black Angus Citrus Heights. It was Thanksgiving Day and they were packed! I never saw a table empty. Portions were generous. A win-win for me and my dad. No cooking, no cleaning and I brought home 1/2 of my meal for tomorrow.

    Food was great. The place was packed. Had to ask for water refill. Service was a little slow due to how busy the place was. The bread was actually burned, but we came for the dinner anyways. My biggest complaint was the salad dressing was watered down..big time

    We will make this our annual Thanksgiving feast. My husband and I truly enjoyed the overall ambiance along with the excellent food and services provided by our waitress.

    On time reservation. Seated promptly at the table we requested. Server was great. Food tasted great and was plenty, even some to bring home. Love Black Angus!
