    Overall, we generally love Black Angus. Our most recent visit was disappointing though. They're clearly struggling to be fully staffed, like many other businesses, leading to lapses in their usually good patron experience. We had to remind staff to bring us utensils, the garlic herb butter topper for the steak was frozen solid, vegetables were extremely undercooked, etc. The steaks were correctly cooked though, which is a good thing!

    My Steak and the potatoes could have been hotter but they were delicious. Our server was super friendly and helpful. The wine flight was excellent.

    My experience was good. My wife, however, ordered a Chipotle salad without the Chipotle dressing, and it had the dressing on it. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

    It must have been a time when shifts change from lunch to dinner. Our server did not take our order for 15 minutes, never checked on us and the bartender had to close us out! We are never going back between 3-5 on a weekday again.

    We were seated an hour past our reservation, but it was Thanksgiving, and everyone was doing their best - there were a LOT of people. Food was good, service was good for being slammed.

    Adam was great. The manager was also good. We had a lady try to be our server after Adam but she was rude and bad mouthed Adam to us. Spoke to the manager and got Adam back. He’s a great guy and it was insanely busy. No one should bad mouth their coworkers to customers.

    The wait with reservations was an hour. Way too long with a reservation. Overbooked for the day. Others waited even longer.

    We had a reservation for 4 PM and was not seated until 4:50. When we received our turkey dinner, it was lukewarm too cold. I asked the server for some hot broccoli. I suggest that she go put it in the microwave for a minute. She said no she would bring me fresh ones, but it was also cold so I ate my pumpkin pie and brought my whole dinner home so I could heat it up and have a hot meal

    Our visit was Thanksgiving and was very busy. Everyone we met from the front desk to our server was professional and friendly. Some of our group had the turkey dinner, which was sooo good! Some people had NY steak, others the ribeye. Everyone said the meat was cooked exactly how they requested. The entire experience was very pleasant and we will be back.
