We are a BYOB restaurant!

Welcome to Black Lab Bistro. We trust healthy food make happy life. Our mission is to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. It is a perfect destination for you to spend the time with the boss, getting together with old friends or date night with that special someone. We have 3-course prix-fixe for $25, Serving from Sunday to Thursday. Our menu items including braised beef short ribs, lump crab cakes, duck and scallops are must haves. Diners are invited to bring their own wine, beer or champagne.

First time trying this spot. We tried the Brussel sprouts and short ribs. Both were delicious. Our server Jim was very attentive and kind. The girls working at checkin and filling waters were friendly too. Definitely recommend and will go again.

We moved out of town and hadn’t been back for over ten years. It was exactly how we remembered. Excellent in every way. The warm cozy feeling . Warm welcoming vibe. Delicious food made to perfection and on spot service with kindness and respect to the customers. We hope to come back again when we’re in town. Thank you.

I eat here often and generally have excellent service. Must have hit an off night when I left without dessert and coffee when server didn’t come back for 20 minutes after the meal. But to be clear, I will go back because I love the menu and food and usually good service.

I had the lamb and my wife had Bronzino …both very well done. Flourless chocolate cake was great, too. Service was perfect. Great value!

Our dinner was delicious. The service was excellent. We hadn't been here for several years just because there are so many new places to try, but Black Lab can be counted on for well prepared for and excellent service.

Hadn't been to the Black Dog in a while - glad we returned. Everything was very nice. Crab cakes were spot on - Bronzino was excellent. Tuna tartare was very good. Definitely still a winner, and nice that it's still a BYOB.
