If you're looking for a seafood restaurant in St. Augustine, this unique fly-fishing themed restaurant offers daily fresh fish specials using locally caught fish that you don't usually see on most restaurant menus. The kitchen at BlackFly is a "Scratch Kitchen"; everything is fresh, as local as possible, seasonal and made to order. The menu at BlackFly includes Chop House selections as well as an extensive wine selection. Mike and Cindy, partners in BlackFly and owners of the Famous Collage Restaurant in downtown St. Augustine are the operational managers. The menu is the grand result of their combined expertise, their years of experience in bringing the best possible product to the table and the imaginative input of our talented culinary team. The restaurant is under the internationally known BlackFly Brand of Vaughn Cochran, a Florida artist who lives and paints in St. Augustine, Florida and who developed the famous BlackFly Logo.

    Stephanie was a wonderful server…knowledgeable, personable and good natured. The cod and sautéed spinach was delicious! We come in each year when in town. Keep it up!

    We enjoyed dinner here for my mom's birthday and we had a great time! Dave was our server and he was amazing. He was professional and was very helpful with our questions on the menu. I had the lobster Mac n Cheese and it was delicious. Will definitely come back!

    David was our host and he great . He suggested we add crab to the seared scallops which was a good idea , very tasty. Great variety of drinks . Definitely a good choice.

    As always, one of the truly finest restaurants in all of St Augustine starting from the owner Von to the management with Nick to the server, Zach, everything was first class we had brought a friend from South Florida and never eaten there, and he was totally blown away in regards to all phases of the restaurant thank you again for another great experience Michael and Sherri Kypriss

    The food and the service were equally outstanding! We had the Conch fritters and Isla Fresca salad as appetizers and the Ahi Tuna and scallops dish for entrees. All of the food was delicious!

    We Love Black Fly and go often. The service is great, all the employees are very nice and we enjoy our meals and the professionalism of the service staff. Cosette was our server on the 31st and she was truly great.
