Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

                                                                                            Manager was circling the restaurant all night. We are not fussy people but for the price we wanted our steaks cooked to the temperature we ordered . All came out over cooked and we sent back!! The manager never came over and although they gave us new steaks. They were disappointed we sent the first back!! We also ordered $30 Bacon and it was like breakfast bacon thin cut not the usual thick cut expected from a high end steakhouse. Salad wedge had browned edges. My husband ordered Tuna and was convinced that’s why he was sick all night!! Won’t go back!!

                                                                                            Food is always consistently good. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They even saved our preferences from our prior visit. Kenneth our waiter was friendly and on point and Jeanine the manager is great!

                                                                                            We enjoyed the delicious short ribs and tuna tartare while sitting at the bar. Rebishka (sp?) and the bar team were great. Definitely will visit again.

                                                                                            The special steak was sold out @ 7:15 Why? The replacement was fair! Salad came out same time of entree Ask for ice never was given. Fish Bronzino was very thin and narrow barely worth the cost. Last visit was wonderful so disappointed with our return dinner.

                                                                                            This was by far one of our favorite places to eat while in Aruba. Our server, Eddie, was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive and raved about the food and how it’s prepared. My daughter was so satisfied with her meal she jokingly said she would hug the chef and then Eddie brought the sous chef out to meet us. He was smiling the whole time and super pleasant. Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name. The entire meal was very, very delicious.
