Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Rounding out the menu is an exceptional selection of cocktails, craft beers, cocktails, and fine wines. Save room for dessert, our Heath Bar and Butterscotch bread pudding is legendary. Don't forget about our amazing happy hour M_F 4-7. Please note that we are currently not accepting reservations larger than 6 people.

    I haven’t been to Blue Collar in a few years, and the food was just as good as I remembered. Service was great. A bit loud for a conversation, but not too loud. Lobster ravioli was top notch. Bread pudding was tasty, but a bit too cake like.

    Urbanites was very happy and helpful, I had the lamb shank (delish)which is huge I I took some home @ the grits were to die for! I ve been to the original Blue Collar it was amazing too this new location is much more comfortable and I wish them luck

    Sadly it was nowhere near the quality it was at its last location. Most of our food had to be returned due to it being warm at best. The pork chop arrived very rare inside, the waiter insisted on pointing out that “it’s always served medium” even though it was clearly uncooked in the center and all we asked was that it needs to be cooked more to be to our liking. The vegetables used to be a real treat and these weren’t. Artichokes were very hard in the center, Brussels were excessively oily like they’d been refried to order and still contained the old oil. The lamb shank was nice but the mash was cold that accompanied it. All in all it was a bad experience especially as we used to eat there often many years ago and I guess I was expecting the same caliber of fare.

    We were shocked that it moved across the street. Blue Collar has a very different vibe. Food still very good

    Food was good, although wasn’t hot for some reason which I can’t figure out as they brought out our main courses before we finished our appetizers. I would definitely go back again as the French fries could possibly be the best I’ve ever had in my life.

    Excellent choice for American cuisine that is well prepared and presented. All though the new location is much larger, it retains the intimacy and service provided at the original Blue Collar. You won’t be disappointed since the menu is varied and well curated.
