blue is redefining the steakhouse. You’ll find stunning decor, two high-energy indoor and outdoor bars, and seven unique private dining spaces, which can accommodate up to 420 guests. Add in a redesigned menu with much more to offer and you have a cooler, hipper kind of steakhouse.

    We love Blue and often dine here on special occasions. They take such great care of everyone. The menu is great and all the food is awesome!

    We've had many lunches and dinners at Blue Grillhouse in Bethlehem, PA over the years. Our latest dinner there was just a bit disappointing. My husband and I each felt our food was slightly over salted and it seemed we were always waiting on our server. However, this in no way will deter us from going back.

    We had such a great experience. The Perfect and Proper Manhattan's were both quite PERFECT. We took advantge of the specials....the Beef Wellington and Veal Parm were outstanding. Never a bad idea to finish with a great piece of chocolate cake. Service was exceptional, all around A+ dining experience.

    We both had filet Wellington, a special for the day. It was perfectly prepared with an extremely flavorful sauce. Expensive but worth it. We love this restaurant for special occasions.

    The staff maintained an elevated, yet relaxed, dining experience. Outstanding server and support staff. Every dish pleased and satisfied this table of diners that tout very mixed tastes. A memorable life-celebration that is likely to be repeated. A return visit is already in discussion. Bravo and Thanks!

    Two of us for dinner at bar, a salad with no nuts or onions and grilled shrimp on top, And a Chilean sea bass ordered.. Meals came out almost immediately, way too fast, the sea bass raw, and the salad came with onions and nuts the two things we asked for to not be on it. Service was fair, not friendliest place. New to area, so don’t think we will be going back to this one.

    Food was mediocre but was still worth a try. Steak did not have much flavor and hollandaise sauce was nonexistent on the asparagus. When asked to have new hollandaise sauce, was told “that’s what it looks like”. There are plenty of other steakhouses in the area worth the money with better quality food.
