blue is redefining the steakhouse. You’ll find stunning decor, two high-energy indoor and outdoor bars, and seven unique private dining spaces, which can accommodate up to 420 guests. Add in a redesigned menu with much more to offer and you have a cooler, hipper kind of steakhouse.

    Two of us for dinner at bar, a salad with no nuts or onions and grilled shrimp on top, And a Chilean sea bass ordered.. Meals came out almost immediately, way too fast, the sea bass raw, and the salad came with onions and nuts the two things we asked for to not be on it. Service was fair, not friendliest place. New to area, so don’t think we will be going back to this one.

    Food was mediocre but was still worth a try. Steak did not have much flavor and hollandaise sauce was nonexistent on the asparagus. When asked to have new hollandaise sauce, was told “that’s what it looks like”. There are plenty of other steakhouses in the area worth the money with better quality food.

    Both steaks cooked incorrectly. Management did the right thing.

    Blue is our Lehigh Valley “go to” restaurant. Our service from our server Jada was outstanding. She and Allison the hostess are a credit to the Paxos organization and should be recognized for “over the top” great customer service!

    Love the ambiance, the servers are friendly and very attentive, I had the Strawberry Arugula Salad and Duck 2 Ways (chef’s kiss).

    My husband and I went to Blue for Sunday brunch. I had the farmers omelet which was huge! It also had cherry tomatoes in it which really made the flavor pop. My husband had the French dip which was also a nice size. At the end of our meal they surprised us with a big slice of ice cream cake in celebration of our wedding anniversary. Always a great meal and a great experience when we eat at Blue.

    We ordered 2 medium rare filets… one was medium rare… 1 was well done. They replaced the well done filet. They were both heavily salted so suit my tastes. The restaurant was fairly quiet and not busy, but it took the server a while to get to refill our water. When we left neither the server nor anybody else was around and asked us (or was available to tell) how the meal was. Had high hopes with the good reviews., but I feel I paid a high price for high price steaks.
