Blue Hound is a New American kitchen serving breakfast, lunch and dinner centered in the heart of Downtown Phoenix's vibrant Cityscape development & chiseled into the 2nd floor of the stylish Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix.

Three of us stopped in for dinner and cocktails before a concert. We shared a roasted brussels appetizer and ceviche, which were both excellent, as were the cocktails. However, we also ordered a salmon entre, which didn't arrive. Our server apparently forgot it, as well as drink orders. It shouldn't have been a problem as the restaurant was nearly empty, but we were evidently not a priority. We will not be returning.

Convenient location with good ambiance. Food was excellent and service was good. Surprised to find a common whiskey out of stock.

Food was absolutely perfect. The scallops were perfection and my boyfriend loved the blackened salmon. Sarah was our server and she was kind and attentive! The building has great Xmas decor and the staff were all really accommodating! Highly recommend. The drinks were also 10/10, always sunny in AZ was similar to a pina colada.

Cute place, good food and our server that was also a bartender she was really nice and attentive I wish I remember her name but it was Wednesday night.

They were out of mussels and crab so we weren’t able to get our preferred appetizer and my main dish had to be modified
