   Great food on the buffet. Could be a bit more Gluten Free friendly for my spouse.

   The food was excellent, the prime rib was cooked to perfection, the steamed shrimp fresh and delicious, the miso salmon was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Service was excellent, Keisha , our wait person was attentive and very accommodating. Overall , we had an amazing time and we will be back!

   This like no buffet you’ve ever visited. Three rooms. Chefs is in room. High end quality food at stations appropriately - no, outstandingly - maintained. Friday is seafood night….. which means seafood is all you see. Steamed crab legs, clam chowder, low country boil (prepared just for you in your own little pot!). Create your own fish tacos. Seafood Mac and cheese, seafood pasta salad. The only thing not seafood was desserts. Bananas pudding. Gold brick sauce. Mini pies and pastries. But anyone can put out a lot of food. The difference is putting out a lot of good food. And Blue Ridge does it - very well, every time. Service is outstanding, too….. ask for Erin. She won’t disappoint.

   My husband and I came here a few months ago and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We came back tonight with the family and left disappointed. Several of the fish were very dry and overcooked. The seafood boil was very mediocre at best. The clam chowder had no clam, mostly bacon and potato. Overall just disappointed in our experience, especially when paying $63 a person. Probably won’t be back. Especially on seafood night.

   The Blue Ridge buffet is the most elaborate and expansive buffet that I have ever visited. The food and service is exceptional.
