Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Dante's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests. The Bistro's wine list is an ever rotating selection of the best vineyards from around the globe and the cocktail list has been carefully crafted to take the guest on a journey of flavors and scents. Food & service were excellent. We’re repeat customers and keep returning. Just wish the ambience was better. Pretty drafty, but other than that it’s great.

They were very attentive but some of the food was lukewarm upon serving - the tomato soup for example. The burger was more well done than medium and decent but nothing special. Fries and toppings for burger delicious. Overall nice experience on a busy day.

We made a reservation for “brunch” on open table, but when we got there we learned that brunch was only on weekends. Regardless, the food was good, especially the bison grilled cheese! Great service.

Was amazing! Lots of gluten free options and fabulous food. Stand up bass and keyboard were extremely talented jazz. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. We may want to return to Breck just to come here again.

The service and the food are outstanding! There was live music, which was an added surprise that we all fully enjoyed. If you have a chance to eat here, take it! Getting a reservation took some persistence because I waited too long but I’m so happy to have gotten one. It doesn’t disappoint!!!

Our family of four had a delicious dinner after a day of skiing. The shrimp tempura appetizer was crispy and light, the bison short ribs with polenta melted off the bone, the pork chop was juicy and flavorful and the scallops special was also very good. We enjoyed the live music and our server Jason was attentive and kind. Thanks for a great night, Blue River Bistro!

I am so happy we gave Blue River Bistro a try. I had heard the cocktails were winners, but, wow, the food we had was the best of the trip!! The bison short ribs took first, followed closely by the salmon. My son’s Beef Wellington was done to perfection! The harvest salad was also delicious. Looking forward to a return trip when we return to Breck in the future!
