Schedule DJ: Wednesday - Saturday evenings LIVE MUSIC: Friday and Saturday evenings FIRE PERFORMANCE (from 27th November) - Wednesday evenings **The DJ sets the mood from 7pm, while live music fills the air from 8pm. Please note that guests under 18 are not permitted on this floor after 5pm.

    Great food. Server staff and staff were friendly and very good. But, we waited 55 minutes for our main course and it wasu wife's birthday, which killed the night.

    Made reservation over 6 weeks ago for 7:45 pm , We arrived at 7:25 and seated in a dark noisy and overcrowded area next to the DJ. We requested to sit across the room. The hostess said ok but we would have to be gone by 8:30 pm. We felt we had no choice and moved. Once settled, Hostess came again and asked us to move to another table also till 8:30. It was now 7:45 and we were running out of time. We flet disrespected and having a bad experience, so didn’t want to stay. Restaurant had the nerve to charge a No-Show $127 fee to our credit card...

    Our server was amazing, however we booked a table for 17:00 as had a train to catch we got taken downstairs to the lounge 20 minutes later no drinks no service. Got to the table at 17:30 in an empty area so not sure what the real delay was we had to be out the restaurant for 18:15 so whole thing was a little chaotic and rushed. Food was lovely drinks eventually were great but just not the relaxing experience we’d hoped for. Will try again but guys get your front of house sorted we weren’t the only table that were less than impressed 😩.
