Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    I took my hubby for his birthday and had an AMAZING experience. All staff were so curtious, polite and had amazing customer service skills. Our server Maddy was so attentive, and professional. Worth the value having such amazing food combined with some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. You get what you pay for! The food at the salad/sides bar was insanely good, that alone was worth the visit. All I can say is… wow. Just wow.

    I had an excellent experience, enjoyed every single bite. A lot of meat cuts which just kept coming till I was just too stuffed.

    Just tried this restaurant for the first time, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a perfect meal—warm, inviting, and beautifully designed. The food? Absolutely amazing! What truly elevated the experience, though, was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Ryan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor made the evening even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, fantastic service, and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely planning to return soon!

    We’ve been going to Boleros annually for several years and it’s always a class experience, and the food is on point. Our water was knowledgeable and personable… great guy. We had family here to visit and we took them with us and they were absolutely taken with the whole evening. Thank you again.
