Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    It was our first time there and it was outstanding. The food was so good we definitely filled our bellies. The staff were all amazing and friendly and went above and beyond and explained everything. Will definitely be going back. Outstanding experience.

    We went there for anniversary dinner. The food was delicious, bountiful meats brought to your table. The meat was very fresh, perfectly seasoned and succulent. The caramelized pineapple was sensational. I enjoyed it and my wife ate until she could barely stand.

    Our experience at Bolero was simply outstanding! This was our second time dining here, and it was even better than the first. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a welcoming staff who were respectful and incredibly kind, making us feel right at home. Our server was a delight – fun, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. And the food? Unbeatable! It’s hands down the best Brazilian dining experience in the city, outshining every other spot we’ve tried. We’ll definitely be back!

    As per normal we thoroughly enjoyed our dinning experience. The selections offered a wide verity of choices. We all really liked the sea food chowder at the Salad bar. And the dessert Trai Delechi ( spelling) has to be the best in town or anywhere. We’ll be back for sure. This was our 9th visit over the years.

    Tonight we got to share Bolero with a couple who had never had this type of experience. It was a great night and amazing food as always!
