Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    This is by far the best dining experience I have ever had. Twice now. The food was amazing and always perfectly cooked. But over everything the wait staff truly made the experience. They were attentive, our cups were never empty. They accommodated my 3yr old nephew beyond our expectations, even bringing smaller utensils for him. And they remembered our favorite cuts and would send them back again and again. I will send everyone I know to Bolero and I know each one will leave happy and full.

    Meat was rarer than usual. Some of our table had really bloody meat. Ryan did an amazing job.

    Bolero is our favourite restaurant and we always come back for special occasions. The staff is always so friendly and on top of the service. The food is always delicious. I’ll be back again for the next birthday and anniversary, or maybe I’ll just make up some random excuse to come back because it’s 100% worth it.
