   We were in Boulder for just a short stay and wanted to celebrate the completion of another great project before leaving this beautiful place once again. On a spontaneous whim, we booked a table at The Boulder Cork—and we’re so glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. A special thank you to our wonderful waitress, Caroline, whose thoughtful recommendations and warm presence made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!

   Excellent as always. All the food was good, and my wife and I got a free mud pie as it was our birthdays. Nice touch.

   Fine there occasionally because of the exceptional food and ambience. Service felt rushed this time, maybe because of early hours and full house, but overall very satisfied.

   Once they saw we had our daughter with us they put us in the very, very back of the restaurant. Average age of the diners was probably 70+ which is fine, but certainly felt like we were being tucked away. Had to grab our waiter several times vs being checked on. Just could have been a little better. Food was great.

   We had a wonderful meal! The service was excellent and I was very impressed how speedily our food arrived. We were celebrating our friends Birthday. His girlfriend had called ahead and purchased a surprise Espresso Martini since she couldn’t be there. The bar was on it and had it out immediately for him - it made him very happy! We had a lovely evening!

   50 years of going to the cork. Food is consistently good as is the service. Unfortunately as with all things the prices have increased tremendously but we’re still coming back. Thx for keeping it going and good luck in the future
