The Boulder Cork Restaurant has provided quality food and excellent service since 1969. The restaurant is now one of Colorado’s most renowned dining experiences. The casual, yet attentive atmosphere is the perfect place to spend a special evening, be it to relax with friends or entertain business associates. Our banquet facilities can accommodate large groups with the quiet proficiency and superior quality that has become the hallmark of The Boulder Cork. The food is an impressive display of creativity and variety, masterminded by the chef, Jim Smailer. Chef Smailer has created an enticing offering of steaks, prime rib, chicken, pasta, and fresh fish selections; all on the cutting edge of culinary delight. The food is as fresh as the market allows. The true epicurean will agree that our efforts are apparent to both the eyes and the palate, from the appetizer through the handmade desserts.

We went to the Cork for their legendary happy hour. We had reservations for 4:45 pm because we had an event at 6pm. The bar was full so we ate in the restaurant which was about half full. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Our food came in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious!

Wonderful dinner with family. Green chili Mac n cheese was amazing! Noise level was pretty high with a full restaurant but it was overall a really great dining experience.

Our first time at the Cork and it was lovely. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. With so many Boulder restaurants veering towards pretentiousness it’s so nice to go to a great restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Gretchen was a delightful server.

Love the Cork. But was not impressed the last couple visits. Food has been sub par and not the way i remember the Boulder cork. Not sure what has changed but I can’t see going back anytime soon.

Brooke, our wait person was very personable and engaging. Service was good overall. 2 negatives: Main course brought to the table while we were still eating our salad. Took forever to process the bill. Food: The appetizer, lobster ravioli, was absolutely outstanding and the sauce was excellent. Boulder Cork Salad was outstanding. Same for the Sea Scallops. Really appreciate the recognition of my wife's birthday.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was nothing short of amazing! Nick was an incredible server & was very attentive. I had the filet and it was probably one of the best steaks I have ever had. After our meal, Nick brought out a desert for us on the house & took a picture for us that was signed by all the staff thanking us for celebrating with them. 10/10 recommend.
