   Our waiter Mike and the Somali Mauricio made the experience even better. Everyone was very attentive and polite. The food was spectacular! Overall experience, Excellent!

   Andres was amazing. He was so helpful and Knowledgeable of the items and what to choose. He made my birthday very special. I’d definitely recommend going here and asking for Andres.

   Great experience, albeit incredibly expensive! The fries as a complimentary starter (basically their version of bread) were delicious, as was the wedge salad. Sides were great as well. NY Strip was really tasty - the filet and the chicken were tender but not overly flavorful, although the house steak sauce helped with that. Beignets for dessert were fantastic and more than enough to share. One note: valet parking should be fully validated at a restaurant of this price and caliber.

   We very much enjoy the design and atmosphere of Bourbon Steak. The food is good but not at the level of top steakhouses in the US (think Smith and W, Gallaghers, etc). The chopped wedge is delicious as well as the steak tartare appetizer. We had the 40 ounce T Bone which was just OK. A bit overdone on the filet side and the overall steak was a bit dry and didn't have that special bounce you find at great steakhouses and for $240 you'd expect that. Great wine list. Service is good but not as attentive as a place at this level should be.

   I took a client here for a business dinner and had a bad experience, mostly due to the service being poor. We sat at the table for about 20 minutes before our waiter arrived. We tried to order appetizers but he wanted us to order our complete meal even though we weren't ready to order entrees. When I ordered the second bottle of wine, the waiter brought it to me, confirmed it was the correct wine, then he left with the wine for about 10 minutes before returning with it... The worst part of all of this was when I got the bill, which mandated 20% gratuity even though we only had 4 people in our party. I felt like I was being extorted, paying about $160 in gratuity for terrible service.
