Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Bistro, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro.

Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms. It is located in the heart of Boulder, CO, just off the historic Pearl Street Mall.

Features a 3-course prix fixe menu with choices for each course, Hand-crafted, seasonal cocktails featuring artisanal spirits and local ingredients show the talent of our incredible bar team who make our restaurant spring to life.

The variety of produce and meats grown on their 425 acre certified Organic farm allows Chef de Cusine Heraclio Garza Silva a limitless palette of flavors, colors, and textures from which to build their award-winning cuisine.

Cost: $75+gratuity, tax and alcohol

Join us for a special dinner... May 7th-10th is focused on celebrating graduates and family in Boulder. We offer a 3-course, farm-to-table, prix-fixe menu with choices. Our charming restaurant, Bramble and Hare, is conveniently located just off the Pearl Street Mall in our downtown Boulder. *We accomodate all dietary restrictions with advanced notice. What a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner. Outstanding service by Will who was very helpful in recommending creative cocktails and wine, and all the servers who delivered piping hot dishes to our table. The meal was excellent from the bread selection, both savory and sweet, through the four course fixe prix menu. We sat in the cozy and welcoming dining area where we could watch the chefs creating the dishes and we loved it. Lovely night. We will definitely be returning to this gem.

One of our very favorites in Boulder! The atmosphere is cozy and reasonably quiet, the food and wine are always amazing, and the servers were all friendly and knowledgeable.

Given that I’m not a dessert person I should have known that a 3 course prix fixe probably wasn’t the best option for me. I barely touched the dessert but the app and main were very good. Service was slow but we were with friends and the ambiance and vibe were great so I didn’t mind too much. Expected slightly better food but would go recommend for anyone who enjoys 3 courses.

From the minute we walked in the team took excellent care of us. Jason, the sommelier, and Ian, the mixologist, were both amazing. They spent time not just explaining the menu, but also letting us get to know them as people. The entire experience felt like you could have been dining in someone's home- the front of the kitchen was visible and added to the ambience. The menu was phenomenal and well paired.

Wonderful food! As good as I remember it before the pandemic. Wishing we had a table not at the window, maybe in the old Bramble and Hare section rather than in the old Black Cat section ... my fault for not insisting.

We were 3, myself, my son and his girlfriend. We were looking for a farm-to-table meal with amazing food and ambiance. The Bramble and the Hare was amazing! It was quiet, peaceful with a soothing music track playing quietly. Our 3 courses were all different so we got a good sampling of their food. What a cozy restaurant!?
