Brando's was founded on the premise of great food made from quality ingredients, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere which we believe are the three elements of any enjoyable dining experience.

The chef/owner, Steven Botta, grew up in Brooklyn and learned many of recipes used at Brando's from his mother. Raised in this welcoming tradition, he believes when you enter Brando's, whether its your first time or your one hundredth time, you should always feel like they are dining with family.

Soulful Italian is the best way to describe our menu. Our culinary team has been trained at the finest culinary schools, and has over fifty years of combined experience. From our fresh pasta, to our line-caught fish, to our thirty-five day dry-aged steaks, the difference is discernible

                                                                                                                                        We decided to give Brando’s a second chance. It’s the same rush rush rush. We get there an hour earlier to sit at the bar and 10 minutes before our reservation time, we are ordered off the bar, time to be seated. They assign one person to hover over the table to make sure your dining experience is moving along at a rapid pace. If you’re looking for a relaxing, no pressure, evening this is not the place. Food is good but atmosphere terrible. We ate at a table near the bar, noisy as heck. We wont be going back.

                                                                                                                                        We go to Brando’s for special occasions because it’s that kind of place! We ordered the special pasta as an appetizer to share and it was excellent. Two had the special ossobucca, I had the stuffed veal chop as usual !!!, and our son had the veal special. We splurged on a red wine from the Planeta vineyard in Sicily and, well, that was so good we ordered a second bottle. The drinks at Brando’s are comparable to an upscale nyc bar. And the staff is superb as is the ambience.
