Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    As a reservation it was very smooth and easy, food was not that expected to be ( meat was well done mostly and salty, pineapple was not grilled as it should be and the meat was served in a very thick slices) something wrong with restaurant I do t know but it was not the same like before. Otherwise, everything else was good.

    Food was great for the new year festivities, however as Brazilians we were expecting to see more traditional Brazilian food instead of the sushi it was offered.

    Over priced for a New Years experience. $150 per person when we weren’t even there for New Years. Our reservation was at 8:30 & we left by 10:30. I don’t eat meat & nowhere in the immediate booking when making a reservation did it say the price jump. You literally had to dig the internet for it. So disappointed as we are return customers. Maybe never again.
