Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

Lots of food choices even for those little picky eaters in the family. I’m vegetarian and I had plenty of options. They had live music and dancers. You pay for the ambiance, food, and entertainment. Our server was great too. Super friendly and attentive

We where only offered chicken and susage most of the time, and when asked for other minds of meat, would recieve poor attention. In addition meat cooked well done was requested but never offered. Servicers went by too quick and did not provide enough time to properly request what was being offered, and a manor of the meat selections were not offered at all.

The restaurant is fine but definitely not worthy of the price. It used to be great and one of our favourites. We haven’t been in a few years and were looking forward to going back. It was below mediocre and a complete let down unfortunately. We were seated at a table tucked in the corner so that in itself killed the experience. Then the waitress helper spilled water on our table and never came back to clean it (she forgot lol). The gauchos with the good meats (sirloin) only came by once and the sausages and chicken kept coming every 3 minutes. The chicken experience felt cheap and sub par although the price we paid in the end was not cheap ($250 for two ppl).

Not as per my expectation, thee service was not up to mark. The server hardly came, we had to look out and call for her. Very poor service

It delivered as expected for a restaurant in a hotel in a touristy town. Although the staff was pleasant and helpful, my only real complaint is that we we placed on the back elevated platform, and the gauchos almost never came back there unless you actively flagged them down. The salad bar was my favorite thing.

The beef quality and flavor were good, while the other meats were mediocre and salty. Also, the salad bar was subpar
