Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

Food was great for the new year festivities, however as Brazilians we were expecting to see more traditional Brazilian food instead of the sushi it was offered.

Spent the New Year’s Eve there and it was very poor. The service was ok, they put in a small dinning room so far and I mean far from the main entertainment area and buffet. We were in that room very excluded from everything, it was very disappointing, we paid the same as everyone else to be stuck in a room with no entertainment and had to WAIT so long for the meat to come around. We are very disappointing. We were so disappointed that we didn’t even drink the “complementary champagne” they gave us. We walked up to the bar to get a lemon wedge for our meat and the bartender was extremely rude and told us to leave that area because it was the “service area” didn’t even bother to ask if we needed help and I was there with my 9 year old that just wanted lemon our dish, since no one came around obviously because we were put in a room. Very disappointing very upset and very angry that this happened while we were trying to have a nice new year’s dinner experience. We will definitely not be coming back.

Awful New Year’s Dinner experience!! Dinner and a luve band a dancers for $150 pp but didnt see any of it because they put us at a table in a room that looked like a cheap cafeteria right in the back corner near the garbage bin and dirty dish stand. No forethought by any staff to consider that this table was unacceptable for a NYE experience. Food was mediocre at best. Disappointing experience.

Price for dinner on January 31st went from $99.00 until 6pm to $149.00 after 6 for the same meal. Did not realize the price of meats increased after a certain time. Good food and service but not at a 50% premium.

Had dinner here as part of our New Year's Eve celebration to welcome 2025. We were very happy with the service, festive vibe with samba music and dancers - totally awesome! Food has always been good. We have visited this place a few times in the past. The meats were seasoned and always top quality.

This place is unreal. Every meat item is cooked to perfection and the servers are quick and never stop moving - I’d be so dizzy with how much they move around. Our host was exceptional, if we asked for a certain meat or pineapple to come past our table he would have that one come over real quick. The drinks at Brasa are made exceptionally as well, just remember if it says it has a mix (coke, juice, whatever) it’s just a hint of it cause why waste alcohol space right? Haha You can never have too much pineapple or Parmesan steak. If the hosts get to read these - we thoroughly enjoyed our tea on the way home hahah. Thanks again Brasa for an amazing evening, New Year’s Eve 2024 will be remembered
