Enjoy a wide array of flavors and tastes which you will experience by touring our menu which features culinary creations from our Executive Chef who focuses on Colorado Proud ingredients to bring the best our local partners have to offer directly to your table. Selections include our Rocky Mountain Miners Salad, our Prime Rib French Dip, Rosa’s Award-Winning Pork Green Chili, a Salmon BLTA, Craft Burgers and much more. You will have the opportunity to choose from starters such as our House-Made Hummus, Smoked Trout Dip, Crispy Brussels Sprouts and P.E.I. Mussels.     This is a local gem with a great location and really good comfort food. Always good service and easy parking! Recommend this for all year-round dining because the river views are great too!

    Our servers were very efficient and pleasant. Food came out quickly which was nice because we were going to Miners Alley Playhouse and needed to stay on time!

    We went to Bridewater Grill for the Thanksgiving Buffet. It was absolutely not worth the money. The food was mediocre at best and gross at the worst. They were rationing food because they didn't have enough for the later seating times. I could have burned the money we spent on the meal and at least we would have had fire. Definitely not worth it and incredibly disappointed.

    I have been to the Bridgewater Grill twice for their Thanksgiving buffet. It is excellent! There is a great variety of holiday foods which are well prepared. The staff are friendly and helpful. We sat next to a window that faced the creek. In the evenings the creek area is decorated with Christmas lights and is lovely.

    They accommodated our table change request when we saw it was not just a high top, but a corner table where we would have to navigate in, out, and around another table. We were very close to the buffet and the food was so good! Tyler was an excellent host and we were grateful to him and the other folks at the Bridgewater Grill team who were working on Thanksgiving.

    We shared the Brussels sprouts which were some of the best I’ve ever had. Also a cup of the squash soup. I ordered a martini and it came “dirty”. The bar tender was so nice and immediately offered to make a new one for me. He and the server were very good.
