    Doug our waiter was EXCELLENT. It’s been awhile since we’ve been to Bristol’s but the Thanksgiving was very good. We’ll do it next year for sure and we will visit Bristol’s in the near future for a seafood dinner.

    We dine at BRISTOLS about once a month and I'm NEVER disappointed. Today was no exception! Thanksgiving Day dinner with all the trimmings was wonderfully like home, except without all the prep and clean-up. The downside is that there are no left-overs, but I can live with that.     I've been there serval times and there's never any prime rib! Maybe they need to say they only have it in the daytime! THIS is ridiculous! Not understanding how a place keep saying they ran out of it after 7pm, the place isn't that busy and when someone order the prime rib and ask for suggestions, it would be of another beef entrée, NOT a seafood 🤔 like the waitress did last night!

    Patricia, I apologize that we sold out of our prime rib before your 8:00 reservation, after we had come through the busiest part of the night. We have been doing this promotion for about 4 months and we have been prepping 2 full loins. This past week was the 4th time that we have used all of both loins. None of the times that we sold out would we have gone through another loin. The email does state that there is limited availability. I would suggest an earlier reservation next time, as we sold out at about 7:30 or so. I will be following up with your server about that misstep.     Both salmon and trout were delicious. Biscuits were great added touch for a special experience. Glad we had a reservation but they put the two of us in a booth backed up to a booth with 6 loud women laughing. Not the best ambience. Wish they’d have been more thoughtful about that when a couple spends a hefty amount on a nice delicious meal reserved for my birthday. Nonetheless the food was magnificent.

    Our Server Matthew was absolutely outstanding. Loved the new menu and the food was better than we have had our last few times visiting. Whatever changes you’re making they are working.

    Been going to Bristol for 40 years. First to the one on Olive St then Winghaven when I moved to Lake St Louis in 2006. Great all around dinning experience. Panko Fried Shrimp to die for. Love the atmosphere especially when the fireplace is going. A treat for the ages.
