The Broken Bit is...

A classic American Cowboy steakhouse with a unique dining experience that combines contemporary American Cuisine with a Western Flare. The Broken Bit is located in Quartz Hill, a small community that takes pride in its country western heritage and lends itself to cowboys and cowgirls riding horses down the streets.

The Broken Bit uses only premium aged USDA All Natural Black Angus Steaks, free of Hormones and Antibiotics. Our Steaks are hand cut and seasoned with our Broken Bit Steak Spice then grilled over oak slowly searing the meat in its own juices while adding a mild smoke flavor. We also offer a wide selection of other items such as: Fresh Seafood, Chicken and Lamb Chops.

We take pride in serving exceptional food and highly sought after small batch Whiskey with unrivaled western hospitality. In fact, we make it our mission at the Broken Bit to serve you with the best of everything we have to offer.

Food amazing as always but the best part of the experience was our waitress Jess we have had her multiple times and she really makes the experience amazing.

Service as usual was top notch, friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, chef was excellent at delivering our food at its best. An enjoyable experience every time.

I had a party of 5 and 2 people have never been. It’s always nice to watch people take there first bite and see first the presentation and then the taste. Never have had a bad moment or dinner. Thank You Broken Bit!

I’ve eaten at Broken Bit before, this occasion to celebrate my wife’s birthday. A very nice evening and we enjoyed it and will return. My prime 12 ounce New York ordered medium rare arrived medium well. Steaks here are comparable in price to Las Vegas and similar to Las Vegas everything is extra. I expect appetizers to be extra, but soup, salad, potato, vegetable, all an extra charge. Our dinner for three came with tip to $500. and included one corkage fee as we had brought our own bottle of wine. Plus an additional $120. Bar tab with tip. Consequently even though I will return it will more likely be reserved for special occasions. There are many other places I enjoy dining at that don’t break the bank.

Excellent meal! Tammy was our server. We had a reservation and were seated in just a few minutes. We had Jalapeño Poppers and Brussels sprouts for appetizers and they were amazing. We shared meals with our husbands and the meals came split on 2 plates. Thanks so much! The meals (steak) were prepared just right, and side dishes were great too. Lovely meal and excellent service!

It was just alright. Not the greatest,but it was okay. Can't say I'd ever go back. Had to return two drinks because they both had a taste of soap, like the cup had been washed but not rinsed. Rice and other items were undercooked. The jalapeno peppers were way too hot. Table was too high it made us feel like children! No salt and pepper on the table - we had to ask for lots of things and response was slow. Expected it to be better than it was.

I took my family for a Birthday celebration. Our waitress was one of the best waitresses I have ever had, wish I could remember her name to give her a big shout out. The food was delicious, and we all enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend.

Went there for my wife’s 61st birthday. Always a great experience and the food is off the hook. Bartenders were outstanding and our every wish was fulfilled.
