    We went to Broussard’s for Thanksgiving and it was spot on. Great service, delicious food and drinks. This was exactly what we needed on what can otherwise be a tough day. My father and I always prepared the thanksgiving meal together, and I’ve hosted for many years. Since his passing two years ago, I’ve struggled to keep up the tradition and I’ve felt so guilty about it. This year I decided that I just didn’t have the wherewithal to “do” thanksgiving, so finding a place to go that felt special and made everyone comfortable was important. Broussard’s checked all the boxes. Thank you to our amazing servers! Our meals were delicious.

    Overall the dining experience was great! The bananas foster dessert experience always a plus! Unfortunately our table was under the air conditioning vent and it was temperature unpleasant. When booking your table be sure to request not to be seated underneath the vent.

    The service was wonderful in a way, yet they seemed understaffed like every other place in town. I’m going to get this name wrong, but possibly “Armand” or something like that was great. Tall good-looking black guy with a short braid haircut. But it seemed like he was having to do so much - yet he was trying his best! He needs a raise!

    We had bronzed redfish and gulf fish (Maui Maui). Both were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Cornbread was outstanding.

    I’ve been going to Broussard’s since I was a little girl. My dad and I would come here when visiting family in New Orleans and it was our place. This was the first year I came here with my fiancé and got to tell him stories of my dad. The food has always been wonderful, the memories, delightful.

    Took my mom’s friends from out of town to jazz brunch for her 75th birthday. To say I was disappointed is an understatement 😭 One server was great and our other one acted like she didn’t want to be there. Food was not good. Had to pour our own bottomless mimosas. And the jazz trio we asked to come to our table three times never came by. Just really really disappointed….

    Wonderful experience! Went for my friends 50th birthday and we got a free delicious appetizer and dessert. And the bottomless mimosas were great, even gave us one to go!

    La comida es excelente, pero el servicio es muy malo, de los peores que he visto. No volvería a ir. The food is excellent, but the service is very bad, one of the worst I have ever seen. I would not go there again.
