Buccan (pronounced boo-cahn) is a restaurant, bar and lounge in the heart of Palm Beach. The concept, conceived by James Beard-nominated Chef Clay Conley, is a high-end bistro, featuring progressive American cuisine, in a casually sophisticated setting. The predominant characteristic of Buccan's menu is a changing array of small plates - highlighting the use of superior ingredients and preparation - offering an adventurous and memorable dining experience.
Guests are welcome for a quick bite at the bar, a specialty cocktail in the lounge, or for a long, leisurely evening.

    Probably in the top 10 of all meals I’ve ever had. Service was excellent and the sharing/tasting menu was unbelievably delicious! We can’t wait to return.

    Love the cauliflower app and the empanada. Swordfish main was great. Fish cooked perfectly. Spring vegetable gnocchi was outstanding.

    We arrived early and they sat us right away. The drinks were perfect, the service is top notch. The red snapper is probably the best meal I have ever had.

    Buccan has great food and service. We loved everything, and also that they were so accommodating on dietary preferences like vegetarian and vegan. Chris was an excellent server.
