    Wow. What an experience. Incredible service. Everyone was so polite, so thoughtful and helpful. They all wished us a happy anniversary, and the table was set beautifully for the occasion. We got the tableside caesar, the fried chicken, the chateaubriand and for dessert, The Lemon. Every item surpassed the last. We were stuffed but couldn’t stop eating. One of my favorite dining experiences in a long time, maybe ever.

    this was our 9th year going to the bull and bear for Christmas. we have always throughly enjoyed it. This time the service was excellent as always however the steak we orders wasnt as good as usual. In fact it was a little disappointing given the price. It wasnt as tender and parts of it were so over cooked you couldnt eat it but the center of the steak was perfect.

    I have entertained many guests at the Bull & the Bear, last night for the first time they really missed the mark. I called ahead to explain I was celebrating a 10th anniversary and was hoping for a nice table and some kind of sign on the table. Unfortunately, we were placed at a table right at the entrance of the kitchen, no sign on the table and when they brought dessert the sign said Happy Birthday instead of Happy Anniversary. Service was a flop last night, wait staff was not as attentive as previous visits. Very disappointed to say the least. It was NOT a $1000 dinner quality.

    One meal was sent back because the pork chop was over cooked and tough. They removed it from the bill. Mashed potatoes we’re cold they had to bring hot ones out. Cappuccino were Luke warm. They had to redo them. The wait staff was very good but didn’t offer anything as an apology for all the screw ups. Kind of surprised

    My husband and I refurned for our 3 year wedding anniversary. The staff was exceptional and the food/beverages was great! We have decided to return every year for our anniversary, always a fabulous experience.

    Dined at Bull and Bear after a long break and it's definitely not the restaurant it was. Poor service. 'Jeff and his team' definitely need to up their game. Jeff started the meal by splashing water over my wife's extremely expensive Chanel handbag. He either didn't notice or wasn't concerned. Wait staff were dressed in outfits which looked tired. Hardly saw them to be fair though. Lobster Bisque starter was excellent. Chateaubriand was lovely. Didn't appreciate it when it was left behind our table for minutes as there wasn't another server available. Potato Pave was extremely salty. Pointed this out to a waiter when he asked whether we wanted to take it home. Once again, didn't seem overly concerned. All in all, a very disappointing trip to a restaurant that's always been our second favourite on Disney property. Hopefully just a bad night but it's miles away from Victoria and Albert's now.

    An off night for normally a great restaurant. The wait staff was more attentive to a large party than to their other tables. My steak arrived way undercooked and none of the staff came to check on us until well after everyone was done with their meals. It was offered to reduce the price of the steak by $30 because of this.
