    We decided to eat out on Christmas Eve and absolutely enjoyed dining at Bulla in Coral Gables! For appetizer, we went with their yummy stuffed dates wrapped in bacon and ultimately chose the Paella Mixta for the main dish, so delish! For a little sweet ending, we decided on their churros con chocolate, to die for! We can’t wait to go back and perhaps do brunch next time.

    Food is always solid here. We’ve gone for brunch and lunch. Their prix fixe menus are an amazing deal and they don’t skimp on portion sizes either! Definitely give it a try if you’re in the area and want a great meal for a great price. The service this time was not up to par. We went with our in laws as a celebratory meal and the server barely made his way to us. We ended up scanning our bill with the QR code and just paying at the table because he was that absent from us.

    The food choices were great and every single dish was delicious. Joaquin, our server, was fantastic; exuberant and helpful. This was our sixth time at this restaurant and we’ll be back.

    What a great time!! Christmas decor and fun music were going on. We all got cocktails and tapas and we were all delighted ❤️ we ordered the pan con tomate, and because there was a party upstairs, it took a little longer than usual to come out. We loved it and had no complaints, but our waiter felt it wasn’t up to normal standards so he comped it for us!! How nice of him!! And he asked if we were celebrating something and we just said being off for winter break so he brought us free churros, too 😂💃🏼 it was a great experience and all the food was fabulous… especially those dates omg!

    I've been there many times, and this time it looks that the cook and the bartender, are not the same, or they are new. We couldn't find the delicious flavors that they used to offer. We complained about the white sangría that used to be one of the best in town. They replaced it for a new one and it was the same. The hamburger and the cannelloni were made with the same flavorless meat. The salmon was ok, but nothing to remember. The gazpacho was the only plate that keeps the same fantastic flavor, and the solomillo with blue cheese sauce was delicious, but a just that it was a very small portion. I definitely think that it was a bad day and eventually will try Bulla / Gables once more to confirm it.
