Our bar celebrates America’s distillers, both old and new, whose artful techniques produce a stunning array of craft spirits. In tribute to their passion behind the craft, our bartenders serve iconic drinks inspired by America’s Golden Age of Cocktails – the Old Fashion, Mint Julep and Manhattan, to name a few. Terrible experience. Very poor service. Simple smashburger at a smashing price. Will not return.

Burgers overcooked, sides came out as apps and when questioned, wait stuff responded “that’s how we do it.” Not sure why things listed as sides on menu should come out first and be cold by time mains are ready. Prices high for average food.

Speaking frankly, this was the worst service we have experienced not only in Deer Valley but in as long as we can remember. It took 45 minutes for us to receive the first round of drinks we ordered ... only after we had to flag down another employee to ask our server to come to our table after we were seated as it seemed no one knew we were seated. It then took "forever" for our appetizers and dinner to arrive. We thought we were on candid camera the service was so shockingly poor.

We didn’t have the best service. She was friendly but slow. We expected more for The Montage, but definitely had better burgers elsewhere.

We had the chili, Caesar salad, and the Apex burger. Everything was delicious and the service was exceptional!

overpriced and we sat for over 15 minutes and didn’t even get water service.

Burgers and fries had WAAAYYY too much salt on them. Could not finish either as a result. Service and ambience fantastic though.

We love this place. It tends to stay busy (at least when we’ve been there), which slows the service down. But the food is good and a nice warm ambiance.

Of the 6 restaurants we visited during our trip this was by far the worst. Poor service, manager distracting server, and food cold. Not to mention adjacent table had sleeping kid next to our booth and not in theirs…ridiculous.
