Offering modern coastal fare with a distinctly local undercurrent, Burlock Coast is an innovative restaurant-cafe-market-bar that channels the creativity of Prohibition era rumrunners. At the helm of Burlock Coast is Culinary & Beverage Director Paula DaSilva delivering only the highest quality seafood and produce as well as hand-crafted cocktails. Chef de Cuisine Adrienne Grenier drives the menu and evolves it seasonally and with daily specials. Floor to ceiling windows and open-air bar, expansive patio seating and breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Burlock Coast has been named one of the best restaurants on the beach.

20% service charge for parties of 6 or more will be added to the check. Please adjust at your discretion.

                                                            Surprisingly excellent, adventurous food, considering it’s a restaurant in a hotel that we primarily chose for convenience. Waitstaff, especially Chris and Michelle, were excellent- very attentive, friendly and Chris gave superb recommendations. Overall, a really wonderful experience, and we would recommend it highly, even if you aren’t staying in the hotel!

                                                            Lovely setting and good service. The Caesar salad was excellent but the poke’ was disappointing. We have eaten poke’ many places, including Hawaii. The quality and amount of tuna was excellent, but it was too spicy and salty. It would have benefited from some avocado to cool the dish down. It was served with a ridiculous number of plantain tostones; sticky rice would have been preferable.

                                                            Burlock Coast is a traditional stop every time we visit Ft Lauderdale in the Las Olas area which is 1 or 2 times yearly. The food is always prepared top notch. My wife had the roasted chicken which was delicious and I had the Pan Seared Grouper which was a thick filet that I can honestly say was prepared perfectly. It was just right, juicy and tender. We love the wine selection as they always have our favorite, Rombauer Chardonnay. Our server was Fernando who was very pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the menu selections and is what I based my dinner selection on. Fernando is a keeper. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience which happened to be our Wedding Anniversary. Another great memory at Burlock Coast. Thank you.

                                                            Our dinner was delicious. I had the fish tacos and my husband had the fish and chips. We were hoping to have the Monday burger special. Disappointed the New Year brought new happy hour specials even though Burlock Coast website still listed burger night. BUT we will be back, Burlock Coast is our favorite Ft. Lauderdale restaurant.

Lou, our server, provided exceptional service that felt truly first-class from start to finish. His attentiveness and responsiveness contributed to a memorable outing for both me and my daughter.
