Butcher & Singer, in the amazing historic location of 1500 Walnut, is an intimate and sophisticated dining experience in a relaxed clubhouse setting.     We had not been there in 5 years and it was amazing as always. We def wont be waiting another 5 years for our next visit. Dirk provided great service. We had the amazing crab cocktail as an app which both the mustard and cocktail sauces were not wasted. We tried 32oz porterhouse for 2 and it was a real winner (gotta add that truffle butter). We were celebrating my wife's birthday and they provided a complimentary birthday treat which was a homemade vanilla ice cream on top of a chocolate shell on top of a brownie. It was the perfect size for two "full" people to share after a big meal.

    Excellent meal and atmosphere. We enjoyed Chilean Sea Bass and Rack of Lamb, Butcher salad and Butcher potato specialty. All were delicious and prepared wonderfully. Expensive prices.

    One of the best meals I’ve had recently from the mouth watering biscuits to the tuna tartare and of course the perfectly tender and deliciously seared filet. Amazing!! And for as busy as it was we didn’t seem to have issues hearing the whole table talk. Jeremy and the team took great care of us.

    This restaurant never disappoints. Service staff are great and very attentive. The food is always delish, hot and made with quality ingredients. My favorite steak house hands down.

    Our favorite spot for special occasions, this restaurant is comfortable and the food is amazing. Wish it wasn’t so pricey so we could visit more often.

    Our server Cory was outstanding. Great recommendations and the service was exceptionally prompt. Rob at the bar handled our specific requests with ease and comedy. A definite new favorite spot. The steak is crusted perfectly and temperature of the porterhouse was on point.
