Maryland is famous for it's crab cakes, and By The Docks is known for it's eight-ounce Colossal Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Discover the fresh ingredients and outstanding seafood, steaks, and pasta's prepared by our chefs. Our menu includes various items from baby back ribs, slow roasted prime rib, hand cut steaks,and specialty sauteed dishes. Every sauce, soup and dressing is made from scratch.     My other half and I went because we thought that it would be a good experience from the advertising that they had for the brunch. I have a couple of complaints to say 1. My fiancee DOES NOT drink ( I do). We asked for a cranberry apple mix (juice) She received a MIMOSA . Instantly knew something was wrong with the drink. In which he didn't seem to care that he(server) had done. 2. Automatic gratuity not a problem but I also believe that we should be able to give what we as the customer is appropriate. 3. Small and somewhat loud. 4. 2 people at $100.... INSANE! For a 35$ pp buffet

    It was the worst experience I have ever had a restaurant. Had a reservation at 9:15, didn’t get seated til 9:40, then told we had to rush to order because the kitchen closed. Do not go here.

    The wait for our food was long but understandable because it was Valentine’s Day so it was crazy on a regular night it has always been a good time but the food is always good and was late but good so i would recommend to anyone

    We really enjoyed our Valentine dinner here. Everything was superb! Our reservation was a little earlier than I personally like but...🤭when you make it 3 days before V-Day! It ended up being the perfect time. It was not crowded compared to when we finished. We got an appetizer - the fried calamari - it was not heavily coated and the calamari were tender! Warning - if you get this as an app, have more than two people sharing, it is huge! We got one of the specials for Valentine - two stuffed jumbo shrimp and lamb chops. Again, it was huge! We each brought one of the shrimp home for another meal! And I did leave one lamb chop to bring home. Our server, Josh, was great. They did not have the wine I wanted but he checked to see what others they had(we wanted a Malbec)! It was a wonderful evening and definitely on our places to return to!

    The food was very good except for the Cole slaw and a cold baked potato. The server went way out of her way to make things right! We sat upstairs and the server was excellent.

    Too noisy for our taste due to loud mouth customers who didn’t seem to mind bothering other people in the restaurant.
