Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Our chef has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

The recently introduced Lounge at Byblos is a nightlife destination that extends the Byblos Miami dining experience into late night comfort, privacy and glamour. The intimate 2300 square-foot lounge features weekly resident DJ’s, unique entertainment, creative cocktails and bottle service.

Worst culinary experience of last few years. Food subpar, and the worse thing is that the 2 17-18 years old hostess at the door and the manager are terrible. We booked over 2 months ago and they still managed to prioritize their friends and other guests on the second floor where the happening is and sit us on grand floor on our own!!! When asked if we can get a table either outside or upstairs the answer was a straight no its is what it is! Although over 20 guests that came after us, they took them upstairs. When we told them it is way too cold can you move us then the answer was again No sorry we are full outside which when we left had at least 5 free tables. The manager was apologetic but they didn’t even dare to offer us a drink or something for apologies. By far the worst experience of our life, well if the place is managed by 17-18-20 years old, I guess you shouldn’t expect anything more!

We feasted on the four course tasting menu and left with lovely leftovers for a beach picnic the next day.

Simona and Mercedes took great care of us. I recommend the four course tasting menu with wine pairing. Every dish was unique, flavorful, healthy, decadent, and an experience all in itself. The chef knows what they are doing. This is a foodie paradise. We were counting, or trying to, and I think we tried about 12 new dishes that we had never had with this pairing. To top it off, we sat outside and the setting is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The chairs are very wide and comfortable, and the foliage makes you feel like you’re in another country. thank you for the handwritten card for my mother’s birthday. I forgot to grab it so I will come back for it tonight. Well. We might as well have dinner too!

One of my favorite food experiences. Christian was our waiter again as he was during the summer and is excellent. Accompanying him was Mercedes and she was fantastic also. The three course meal with wine pairing is amazing. It is worth every penny. Come to this spot every time I am in South Beach.
