Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Our chef has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

The recently introduced Lounge at Byblos is a nightlife destination that extends the Byblos Miami dining experience into late night comfort, privacy and glamour. The intimate 2300 square-foot lounge features weekly resident DJ’s, unique entertainment, creative cocktails and bottle service.

Downstairs dining room: Reception | 100 people Seated | two groups of 30 people Patio: Reception | 60 people Seated | 30 people Upstairs dining room: Reception | 150 people Seated | 110 people Private dining room: A versatile private event space created to meet the needs of both social and corporate occasions with its own private entrance, large bar area and DJ booth with an LED screen backdrop. Simona and Mercedes took great care of us. I recommend the four course tasting menu with wine pairing. Every dish was unique, flavorful, healthy, decadent, and an experience all in itself. The chef knows what they are doing. This is a foodie paradise. We were counting, or trying to, and I think we tried about 12 new dishes that we had never had with this pairing. To top it off, we sat outside and the setting is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The chairs are very wide and comfortable, and the foliage makes you feel like you’re in another country. thank you for the handwritten card for my mother’s birthday. I forgot to grab it so I will come back for it tonight. Well. We might as well have dinner too!

One of my favorite food experiences. Christian was our waiter again as he was during the summer and is excellent. Accompanying him was Mercedes and she was fantastic also. The three course meal with wine pairing is amazing. It is worth every penny. Come to this spot every time I am in South Beach.

We have loved this place in the past and we’re looking forward to returning. This time, a few things disappointed us. The drinks were weak and expensive; $24 for a small, bland Martini with no name vodka. Also, a 20% gratuity was added to the check inconspicuously. We could have easily tipped again unknowingly.
