   Beautiful restaurant repurposing a gloriously well maintained late 1800's mansion. Warm, welcoming, decor spot on w/o an ounce of pretension and just an overall lovely vibe. The interior layout of rooms remain as initially conceived by the original architect, that conspire to make it feel as if you were in someone's well-maintained home/mansion. The service (Santiago!) was great w/o being intrusive and complimented the overall feel and ambiance. We had three different entrees, each of which were v good. The carpaccio and vongole were remarkable, resulting in my cousin from Boston (think The North End, little Italy) remarking " best ever!)

   Our dinner at Ca Bianca was great for date night. The surrounding noise was not too loud and the dining area was spacious. Dinner was absolutely delicious and our wait staff was prompt, polite and friendly. We will absolutely be coming back for another date night.

   There were four of us, each having a salad, pasta and dessert. Everyone was completely satisfied. We will be back soon.

   Beautiful restaurant in an old Victorian home. The food was delicious and authentic too, not phoned in like some restaurants will do when they have a nice venue. Had a lovely experience, would love to come back the next time we visit Santa Rosa!

   I specifically noted on our reservation that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, expecting a little something special. It could have been a complimentary cupcake, or small glass of wine… anything to create a pleasant memory. Nothing. We’ve dined many times at Ca Bianca, and I expected just a little more on this special occasion.

   Authentic Italian cuisine. Beautiful venue with seating indoors, on the wide porch and in the beautiful gardens. The staff is always personable, knowledgeable, professional and prompt.

   Each time we dine here it’s better than the last — we took advantage of their wonderful “Restaurant Week” menu and it didn’t disappoint!
