We dine at one of Ca'Dario's locations in Montecito, Goleta, or downtown Santa Barbara at least once weekly. Each has a different atmosphere, but the service, food, and overall experience are equally superior. The waitstaff greets the public with genuine smiles and enthusiasm.

We enjoyed our first dining experience at Ca' Dario Ristorante, and very much look forward to going back. The downside on the food was that my Lemon Drop tasted like it was made with some sort of mix rather than with fresh lemon juice. However, our burrata starter was excellent and my cauliflower side dish was delicious. Our servers were all fantastic. All in all, this was so much better than the meal we recently had in a well-reviewed Italian restaurant in NYC.

This is the perfect spot for lunch or dinner. My friend and I sat outside and had a wonderful meal together. I had the egg white omelet which was fantastic and she had a fish dish — halibut as I remember. The last time we were there we both got the salmon which was fabulous. I’ve had the pasta as well. Service was friendly and prompt and the value is good. Totally recommend.

The restaurant is lovely and the food is great. However, the back part of the restaurant is very dark and we had trouble reading our menus. We recommend the raviolis and the specials and, of course ,the desserts and their lovely wines.
