From the starters to the desert, it took nearly 2 hours to be served. When our main course came out, it was cold and like it had been sitting. The food was also bland. The server was wonderful though, she kept a great smile, checked on us. I think the desert and server were the only good parts.

We had turkey dinners for Thanksgiving there and were not happy with the food, There was no bread or buns, the turkey looked like a piece of processed turkey, No flavor. The mashed potatoes and dressing were good. The pumpkin and pecan pie was marginal. For the price it wasn't worth it. We have gone to Thorntons for several years in the past and this was no way like any other meals. Won't be back. Gloria and Gary

We had reservations and arrived a little early for the Thanksgiving meal. Food was excellent. Staffing or food prep was off. We waited a long time to get our appetizer

I’ve lived in Temecula for ten years now and belong to several wineries! This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had!! The food was delivered cold, the service was the slowest I’ve ever experienced! And I was charged for a large group tip when it was only my wife I being served!!! I questioned that issue and I was told everyone was being charged that amount of money!! The plates were also dirty from prior use!! I will never go back to this establishment.

I realize serving Thanksgiving dinner can be a challenge. We've enjoyed very good food in the past at Thornton. Overall, the service this time was slow, although our server kept apologizing saying they were slammed. As for the food, three out of the four in our party had the turkey. I liked mine, my wife thought hers was just okay, and her sister insisted she didn't get the extent of white meat like we did. My brother-in-law had the prime rib and he seemed to enjoy it. As for the sides that came with the turkey, the stuffing and potatoes were good, but the green beans were not cooked through. It would have been nice to have had some rolls with dinner, especially for the price we were paying. I think we all pretty much liked our desserts although it took a while to finally get all of the desserts severed to our party of four. Will stand by my rating of 3 stars for food and 2 stars for service. That said, I look forward to attending Thorton's summer jazz concerts - will eat somewhere else beforehand.

Thanksgiving turkey dinner selection was unremarkable especially for the price. The carrots and green beans were undercooked. Salad and desserts were very good.

Our server was great! Forgot his name, but he made an error on the check and it was to our advantage. We thought he was going to correct it, giving us the higher bill but he honored the discounted bill. Thank you! We tipped him accordingly. Definitely will be back.
