   Where do I begin. Hostess was so sweet and friendly. Wait staff couldn’t have been more knowledgeable about the menu and our selections. Seriously, the best omelette I’ve ever had! Waiter said the person making the omelette had been doing it for 28 years My husband had steak and frites and loved it also. Great desert selections and suggestions wait staff.    Still very good after all these years, as attested to by a full house every time I’ve eaten here. A perfect neighborhood place for those lucky enough to have a healthy wallet.

   Never disappoints….our uptown go to when we are attending a performance at Lincoln Center. Excellent food and attentive service. Hostesses couldn’t be more welcoming.

   Salade nicoise with grilled shrimp was excellent, but I was glad I ordered a light meal so I could pig out on the outtasight creme brulee! They make a decent pot of tea, also. Noise level was a little difficult for conversation, but the food made it worthwhile. High praise for the very attentive, competent, and professional service staff.

   Everything about Cafe Luxembourg makes dining there the perfect New York experience. This was our first time going after an opera and it worked out perfectly - where can you get a complimentary beverage after 10pm in this City? Our meal was delicious as always and the staff more than accommodating. A special shout out to our waiter, James, and the hostess, Sol, whose warm welcome is the perfect entree into the evening. Always a top recommendation....a 10/10...and we will be back!

   Everything was wonderful. I had the roasted beet salad (which was 2 Die 4) and although I’d love so many things on the menu, I always revert back to the Luxemburger with Gruyere cheese. Always perfectly cooked (medium rare) with the best fries ever.

    From the minute we walked in - it was professional, friendly and efficient. Server was attentive, professional and most helpful. Food is always great. A 5 star dining experience.
