    Thinking of difference between price and value this food is worth every dollar of your money, in my opinion seafood was top quality in n all of their items and as far as service Javier will meet your expectations . Overall great place to enjoy with your family I ask Juan Pablo to warmup my Alaskan seafood and in 2 minute was ready. Thank you for a very nice lunch , can wait to go back .

    Overall we had a good time. The dishes that were good were really good. The ones that were bad were really bad. The oysters had a texture than was indescribable and the taste was truly vile.

    $160 plus tax and tip is basically $200 pp. one can only eat so much crab and lobster … and the steamed lobster is meh. Ambiance is that of an old off strip Vegas hotel, small space, noisy… had to try it but not going back.

    I’ve been eating at Cafe Sierra since I was 10 years old. That’s more than two decades of patronage at this establishment. I still recall the earlier years when food stations expanded into the walkways, when the main display of hot foods bifurcated the seating area, when the accompaniment of the grand piano by the corner was a warming sight, and when shark fin soup was abundantly served (before it was banned). I became wary of a potential quality decline during their massive renovation several years ago into a more sleek, open, yet foreign sort of buffet absent of the usual offerings. After a 5 year break, I finally returned for their endless steamed lobster holiday buffet. I am thankful to say, I was NOT disappointed in the slightest. The seafood was fresh, the hot entrees were delicious and flavors well paired, wines and beverages were all included, and best of all, live music had returned - the melodies of an acoustic guitar echoed through the dining hall acting as the culmination of a triumphant return to its original form. Everyone should give this buffet a chance, especially my seafood lovers!!

    This place was great everything was as expected and service was great aswell, the only thing is the price could be a little lower but other then that it was amazing you will not regret it

    Great time! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The salads and lamb ribs were great! We will come again to Cafe Sierra next time we come back to Universal Studios.
