Caleb's American Kitchen is a popular BYO New American restaurant helmed by Chef Caleb Lentchner. Inspired by all things American including steaks, burgers, lobster, shellfish, Creole, California and of course, local and regional farmers from PA and NJ. Caleb's is proud to recognize the gluten-free diner by offering gluten-free bread for all burgers and sandwiches as well as indicating GF menu items.

Adjacent to Peddler’s Village in Bucks County, PA, Caleb's is open daily for breakfast, lunch and for dinner. Currently accepting reservations.

Another wonderful meal at Caleb's American Kitchen. Came to celebrate a dear friends birthday and just have great gaggle fest amongst six good friends over a good meal. Ellie, our server, was friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Our meals came out all together and were placed in front of the appropriate person, without having to ask. Our meals ranged from Build Your Own burger to steak tips to mushroom ravioli with short ribs. All meals were delicious. The group had a great time, easily speaking to one another at a round table. And, since the establishment is also Bring Your Own Beverage, the bill was quite reasonable. All in all a great success! The four who had not eaten there before vowed they were coming back. I love that this is a restaurant that consistently provides unique, yummy food combinations as well as excellent service in a friendly atmosphere.

We had a great meal at Caleb’s last night celebrating my son’s birthday. They had a very creative menu. That said, my sister joined us and she is a very picky eater. After a brief discussion with our wonderful waiter, James, they were able to accommodate and substitute some fancy items without an up charge. We all enjoyed our meals. James recommended the pork chop and it was outstanding. Excellent restaurant!

Oh my - what a jewel! Everything from the soup de jour to the entree was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed our meal without the noise and bustle of a full house! We’ll be back!

We love Caleb's and like to go there for Build Your Own Burger night. Price is reasonable, service is excellent and the food is great. Our server, Sophia, was very friendly and efficient. We will be back!
